SIS AB has been involved in all kind of practical tests of cars. This means that we mainly use human experience to perform tests, the reason being that we have a very long experience in this way of finding the weak spots in a car and its components.

Some 20 years ago the European car industry discovered something that the people of the north known for years:
-Cars break down more quickly in extremely cold conditions!
This is the reason why areas such as Arjeplog in north Sweden is crowded with car manufacturers during the winter, performing tests on the many winter test tracks.

We help you to organize and plan every imaginable test you can think of and we can also invent customized tests as well - if you need some particularly difficult or innovative tests done to your car. If you choose to work with us you will have access to all our extensive experience and know-how we have gained during our 20 years of car testing. The clients we have worked with span from volume-makers to very exclusive supercars in the absolute top in prestigious brands. No task is too difficult for us when it comes to car testing.
We know no limits when it comes to track construction as well. Just to mention a few, we have built:Off road tracks for SUV`s and 4x4s. Handling tracks on ice and grabble. My-tracks for ABS and traction control as well as differential systems.All-surface forest tracks for tyre testing.

We have been building tracks in places such as Sweden, Greenland, Iceland, Morocco and recently in China.

We have developed a very cost- and time-efficient way of performing component tests and system tests. At the same time we challenge the quality of the car and the performance by a well proved durability test. Sometimes we have advised our customers to include a subjective evaluation test at the same time. This is an extremely efficient way of car testing. But – it demands very skilful and well trained test drivers, something we can provide you with.

A test that we`ve seen more and more of the last years is emission tests. Our customers have to deal with sometimes almost impossible emission demands from governments all over the world. We have done this type of testing since the late 90’s until today. We plan and structure the test driving in a way that simulates what ever car and use of car you want tested.

SIS has extensive experience in organizing and performing emission-tests both on and off tracks. Our testing advisors and test drivers has been structuring and performing such tests in places as Spain, Sweden, Greenland. Both on track and in everyday traffic in every imaginable way that it is possible to use a car or vehicle.

Simulating commercial driving has successfully helped our clients take great steps forward in environmental development due to stricter low-emission laws being established more or less all over the world.

SIS Asian Development Ltd builds winter test tracks in any configuration, and also advice the customer on what he might need and how to use the track. The transfer of knowledge to the Chinese car industry in the field of winter tests has proved to be very important.

SIS Asian Development Ltd will be established in the Nei Mongol and we are also looking at the Heilong Yang district. The conditions are excellent, the infrastructure is good and the governments are very active and eager to improve it even further.
We don’t build “open” proving grounds – only exclusive test areas for each customer. This is possible, as we can construct and run the test sites to a very low cost.
The exact location of each test site is kept secret due to secrecy required by our customers.

The main work is performed on ice tracks made upon the frozen lakes, as this is a very cost efficient way of creating good surfaces for tests. Also from a safety point of view the lake ice is excellent, as there are no obstacles or traffic to create problems.
We also provide trained and qualified durability test drivers that under the lead and supervision of Swedish expert coordinators run tests on the behalf of our customers.

SIS AB also performs hot tests, mainly in desert areas. We have one test station in the Sahara, and are planning to build a similar station in western China.
