Since 3 of September 2008 SIS Asian Development LTD are involved as a 50 % partner in the  RVATC outside the city of Heihe in northern Heilongjiang  province. SIS was offered partnership in the proving ground by the owner Dadao Automobile Trading in Heihe, and with start from the season 2008/09 the two companies are cooperating in Heihe with the target to create Chinas best open winter test proving ground.

The proving ground consists of a land based ABS-track, split-hill, a handling track, a off-road track and a lake with a number of different ice tracks. On the service side there is totally four workshops , four customer offices and two complete villas with accommodation for 11 people in each, workshop, garage and office space.

Workshop

SIS have stationed some of their experts in RVATC in order to change the proving ground in to top standard for the season 2008/09, and the customers have been nearly chocked over the quality of the tracks and the preparations. We are using our knowledge of many years of practical tests, to prepare the tracks in a way so that they are perfect for the users. It is one thing to plow away the snow, but another thing to know how to prepare them in order to get the exact right surface and condition that the user need. Our test expert - Kenneth Wallbom, Sweden - have personally taken part in the preparation work, to make sure that everything becomes perfect.

Customers and visiting car testers have stated that already now, the RVATC is the best winter test proving ground in China. But we are not satisfied. We will make it even better in the future...
